   About  Linda…    ♩ ♪ ♫ ♬ ♫♭♩ ♬♭  ♪♩          

    Linda  Kramer holds an Honours Bachelor of Music           

 from  Humber  College  in Jazz Piano Performance, 

RCM  Level 10  Piano, and currently working  

towards an ARCT in Piano  Performance, a

Pedagogy,   from The Royal   Conservatory of Music.  

 

     Linda is an RCM  Certified  Teacher,  teaching all 

levels  from  Beginner to Advanced Piano,  and  Specialist 

for  teaching Elementary and Intermediate Piano.     

She  has  extensive  voice  training  through  Humber        

College,  and  through  The  Royal Conservatory  of  Music.         

Voice  teachers have  included  Martin  Spencer                               

( Canadian  Opera  Company ),  and  Marie  Alexander, 

 who  sang  for the Queen of England,  and  received the 

Order of    Canada.        

  

      Linda’s  performances  have  included  playing  for 

many musicals  at  the  Capitol  Theatre  in Port  Hope,  

for  a number of  years.  In addition,  she  has  performed  

with  well - known  jazz  trumpeter,  Guido  Basso. 

She  is in her 8th year as Music Director  of  

Rural  Faith United  Church,  near  Cobourg.   

Duties include  directing  a  15 - 18  voice  choir,

while  accompanying  and singing,   selecting  music,  

and   planning / directing  Christmas Concerts.              

      Linda  has  taught  Piano,  Voice  and  Theory,  

for  over  25  years,  and  presently  teaches  from her  

private  music  studio  in  Port  Hope.
